As a Vistage member, you meet with a private peer advisory board of 12-16 high-caliber executives from non-competing industries. Each group has a Chair, an accomplished business leader who guides the conversation and provides one-to-one mentoring. All discussions are confidential.

The Emerging Leaders program prepares your rising stars to become your next generation of senior leadership.  Under the guidance of a Vistage Chair, an accomplished business leader and master facilitator, participants develop core leadership competencies and confidence, empowering them to deliver on company goals.

Unlike other leadership programs that squeeze material into a few back-to-back days and leave implementation at risk, vistage emerging leaders focus on one topic at a time to encourage mastery.  Participants will be challenged to advance their careers within your company, rather than seek outside opportunities.  Develop a proven team of senior leaders equipped to take your company to the next level!

Each group meets for a full day every other month.  Session agendas focus on one of 12 Leadership competencies and are complimented with a speaker selected from Vistage Speaker Bureau and afternoon facilitation/discussion focusing on the competency.  Emerging Leaders have full access to the Vistage robust online portal offering research, insights, webinars and interactivity with 45,000 Vistage worldwide members.
