While working with business leaders and executives, Carol quickly realized that the more successful businesses had implemented a structured approach to growing their business, focusing on talent and culture. She loved the approach, simplicity and effectiveness of applying tried and true leadership concepts to operating businesses and incorporating Talent Optimization to help guide business success.
Carol identified a strong need for better understanding of human capital, assessments and tools that could help her clients build strong teams. In early 2019, Carol became a PI Certified Partner to allow her to bring to her clients the opportunities to improve recruitment, development needs and strategy alignment with tools and talent solutions to optimize human capital opportunities.
Carol spends much of her time directly engaged with entrepreneurial leadership teams helping them improve operations, talent management and culture initiatives. She is dedicated to helping companies and leadership teams get better at three things:
OPERATIONS, TALENT OPTIMIZATION & COMPANY CULTURE.
